Who are we?

​The MARATP Ethics Committee consists of dedicated members from diverse disciplines within the field of Addiction Recovery. When submitting a consultation request form, please ensure you include a detailed description of the ethical dilemma. While our members can offer valuable ethical consultation, please be aware that they are unable to provide legal advice. It is advisable to seek legal counsel in certain situations. To maintain confidentiality, refrain from including any protected health information (PHI) in your consultation. Your identity within the consultation will remain confidential, except in cases where Minnesota reporting laws mandate action.
 
Once you submit your consultation request, along with details of the dilemma. The Committee will reply to your scenario within 48 hours at the email address you provided in the consultation form.
